We’re taking a proactive approach to this year’s bargaining round. Employers have adopted a last minute approach to negotiation talks.
We want to get started now so everyone can put their issues and concerns on the table before our contacts expire.
That’s why we’ve created a proposal sheet for members to fill out.
The sheet is key to what issues will be discussed during negotiations which are slated to start in the next few months. We ask that members:
- review the current agreement.
- think about your workplace concerns
- think about your payroll now and in the future
- fill out the proposal sheet on the site and send it to the union office.
