The BC Insulators and Salamander Inspections attended the Trade show portion of this year’s Union of BC Municipalities Convention. Brothers Barter and Munro manned the booth and there were a number of enquiries and positive conversations.
We made a solid connection with City of Prince George where there is a push within the business community to benchmark and perform energy audits. This is a direction that many other municipalities are taking to meet Net Zero 2030 targets. Special thanks go out to Al Carpenter and Robyn Barter who helped with the BC Building Trades booth.
The 3 resolutions that BC Insulators have successfully brought forward for discussion as resolutions with the support of City of Vancouver and other municipalities were endorsed by UBCM.
