BC Insulators Business Manager Lee Loftus with new Reflective Metal Insulation [RMI] sample – which has now become available in Western Canada for the first time.
The new insulation is produced by Kaefer PCI in Kansas City, Missouri and was first developed for use in the nuclear reactor industry.
This insulation will likely have use in the marine industry and heavy industry applications – it will never wear out and is re-usable.
PCI – Performance Contracting Inc. – partnered with Germany’s Kaefer to produce the RMI.
