| Educational EntitlementUnder the Workers Compensation Act, OH&S Committee members have an annual educational entitlement to be paid for by the employer. If a member of the Committee does not use their annual entitlement, they can allocate their time to another member on the committee. Federally regulated jurisdictions have similar wording for OHS educational leave.
