The BC Insulators Union Local 118 team brought a donation of $2500 to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank and took a tour of the amazingly clean and well-organized food distribution warehouse, during a BC Building Trades fundraising event this week. This organization serves tens of thousands of people per year, including 25% children and 17% seniors. Their mission is to create empowering environments that provide and promote access to healthy food, education and training.
