BC Insulators Union Local 118 will continue to fight for improved oversight for public and worker safety against the leading cause of workplace deaths in BC. It is exciting to see steps taken to make workers and the public safer. Asbestos exposure is totally preventable and our province’s management of the issues surrounding this is overdue for reform.
